Dear @UPS,
You can add ‘actively ruining Christmas’ to your mission statement!!
Shipped around the 16th from Germany to Ireland. Arrived in Shannon 21st, and still awaiting delivery of the Christmas present!!! Driver can’t find location even with Eircode???!!
Terrible service.

Does @UPSHelp need to get directions from #DHL in order to deliver a package...missed Christmas and now it will be in the New Year!!!
Delivery specialists they are not. Very poor service!!
