@EAPLWorld I bought a 300 Ah inverter battery on April 3. It started giving issues, so I called customer care. They told me there’s an existing complaint on this serial number under a different name, but I never filed one. Please investigate, I think I got a sold-out unit.

@Paytmcare Invalid Flight Number: This has caused significant inconvenience. What will be done about the hassle and disruption caused?

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

Flight number doesn't exist for ticket booked using Paytm. Same PNR allotted to someone else. Unnecessary stress and loss. #vijayshekhar #Paytmcare

Switched to @airtelindia just to post this as Jio internet wasnt working.

1. Call issues for 1+ month.
2. Requested AirFiber disconnection on Apr 15, still billed.
3. New AirFiber also has frequent outages.

Very disappointing. Please resolve.

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare, I requested disconnection of my AirFiber on April 15th due to repeated outages. Despite multiple promised engineer visits, no one has come. I’ve emailed the closure request. Please escalate & confirm disconnection ASAP. Very frustrating experience.

@JioCare I noticed multiple spelling mistakes in your message, even though you were asking for the same details again. This reflects poorly on the quality of customer support being provided by Jio.

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare Still I don’t have answer to my question. By when devices will be picked up for Jio FixedVoice Number +9191xxxxxx8781?

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare That’s incorrect, and raising this concern feels like a waste of time. I never agreed to continue—you can verify the usage since April 15th.

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

It’s two weeks now, still there is no resolution/device pick-up not done. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare Sent!

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare I understand. Please proceed for disconnection.

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare I’m not asking for installation. I requested a permanent disconnection. Please confirm when this will be processed.

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare Thanks for your support, but I no longer require the connection.

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare Please deactivate the connection permanently as requested on April 15th and pickup the devices.

[Subhash Kumar Patel @iSubhashPatel]

@JioCare I just DMed you the details—could you let me know if there’s any ETA on the resolution? Thanks!
