Kindly confirm if it is this way. I can't find in the press release. Press release simply says about the address proof which i have yet I was denied local monthly pass.

@NHAI_Official dear nhai, i have a question regarding local monthly pass. Does the rc and aadhar need to have same address to avail this pass. I have purchased my personnel vehicle from different city hence different address on rc but my aadhar and every other document have local address adjacent to local toll plaza. But toll plaza denied me giving the pass saying rc and aadhar should have rhe same address.

That's good to see. I want to share my anecdote from 5 years back when I was working in Mumbai. I was working late at night and ordered dinner. Delivery man called me multiple time to cnf where to bring and the address even though the flat i use to live is pretty known and zomato riders allost use to delhver at my addeess daily during those days. Once he was at gate and started calling again to come and get the food and I was like why can't you come to my gate lift and all is working and he requested and said he cant come. Frustrated I went down and saw the man on wheelchair tricycle kind of thing and he was manually towing it. I had a conversation with him and he mentioned that he has some problem in understanding things and looks like he was kind of begging till few years back and then he got this job amd was very happy. I felt ashamed at shouting at him on last call but was happy to see him working but there was no call to me like you had or maybe i dont remeber getting any notification on app. I tipped him in cash and as feedback to zomato customer I gave stating please inform us if the riders are differently abled so that we can accommodate accordingly. glad to see it is happening and people are getting job without any discrimination.

Zomato just called me before a delivery to let me know my delivery partner uses a wheelchair and if I could come at the door to assist with the handoff.

Two things about this.

1- that Zomato has wheelchair-enabled delivery partners at all.

2- that they built a process around it. A real phone call, a heads up, a small ask.

Just quiet operational inclusion weaved into the workflow, I’m impressed!

I sent an email to your team and they said i will be receiving the money in 5 days and yet i haven't received the money nor your team is replying over email. This is very unprofessional

@ShivAroor please ask just one question. They don't have ladders, choppers rope everything set aside. Dont they have two water life jackets as well? One person even if don't know swimming can wear life jacket go in the pond take another life jacket with him and provide to man. Man life can be saved. It was not about material it was about intent
