Hey @ZayoGroup, since Monday, traffic passing through Zayo hops destined for @Rackspace servers keeps timing out or not connecting. Are you aware of any issues?

It makes me sad to see the dichotomy between how a client treats us as vendors (demanding, pushy, rude) compared to how they treat their own customers (syrupy, sweet, and gracious). What happened to all people still being people? #it#support#helpdesk
