@husky_dl @BONEYBOMBER it makes me kinda frustrated a lot of people are just dying on a hill defending valve for not fleshing her out, people who will pull headcannons from dialog and think that its a story. Valve shouldnt be able to get away with giving us characters with no story.

@husky_dl @BONEYBOMBER Exactly. Solomon has a similar issue but hes so naturally charismatic in his writtibg and how fleshed out his personality is with other characters namely seven and baba that you kinda forget he has like no backstory

@Wafffeling i mostly hate how everyone is trying to deflect actual criticism with Phobic/ism slinging, like a lot of people dont hate her, we are mad she didnt get the lore she deserves. shes half baked and deserves better lore

@KasaiKaiser like Make her a graffiti artist whos struggling to feel like her art is valid compared to more "Professional" art, her family forcing her to go to blackmore academy to learn "Real Art," joining the ritual to just get her families approval or be happy in her own art, idk man

@KasaiKaiser i feel like shes a bit half baked, i dont hate her im more mad she didnt get the proper lore she should have gotten, i think people defending this are not seeing valve could have kept the idea of her being more down to earth while still giving her so much more lore to work with

@husky_dl @BONEYBOMBER again it feels very safe which is the main issue, i think everyone was expecting her to be a bait and switch that she was gonna have some insane backstory about monsters and spirits, so having her be very normal feels like a tease. hopefully valve drops some bombshell lore

She has no conflict with others really outside small oerty stuff like her convi with ratking. Danny is so fun because everyone hates his bones. Violet is very meh imo because everyone generally is ok with her. Im hoping thatll change
