Which ITC brand turns your daily shower into “doses of happiness” with nourishing soaps, shower gels & the new Japanese Hokkaido range?
This #InternationalDayofPotato, we celebrate the journey of the potato! 🥔 ITC is a part of every step of its value chain, from the seed to the snacks you love!
The journey begins at ITC’s Technico Agri Sciences, where scientists carefully develop and nurture tiny & high vigor seed potatoes TECHNITUBER®. These high-yielding, climate-resilient and disease-free parent seeds are delivered in pre-sprouted, ‘field-ready’ conditions, ideal for cultivation. 🌱
From there, the journey moves to the farms, where farmers nurture these early generation seed potatoes, under Technico's agronomy guidance and expertise. Through an integrated agri value chain, ITC supports sustainable farming practices that help transform these high vigor tubers into thriving potato crops. 🥔
Once harvested, the potatoes travel to ITC’s food factories, where they are made into the snacks you know and love! From the crunchy chips of Bingo! to the crispy fries and delicious patties from ITC Master Chef — every product is part of a journey built on science, sustainability, innovation and care.
From lab to soil to loved snacks on your table — watch the film to unfold the potato's journey!

Biodiversity is the thread that connects us all — keeping the world in motion through the delicate balance of ecosystems, species and natural resources. We rely on it for the food we eat, the water we drink, a stable climate, and so much more. Every living system is interconnected, and maintaining this balance is essential to sustaining life and progress.
On the International Day for Biological Diversity, we honour the incredible variety of life that supports our planet and enables human progress. At ITC, we actively work towards conserving and enriching biodiversity.
We follow the L.E.A.P. framework recommended by the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures:
🌿Locate: Identifying areas where our work connects with nature.
🌿Evaluate: Understanding our dependence on nature and its impact on biodiversity.
🌿Assess: Studying risks such as resource loss and ecosystem degradation, while identifying opportunities for conservation.
🌿Prepare: Creating strategies that enable responsible action and long-term resilience.
Through diverse interventions across landscapes and communities, we are helping restore degraded land, strengthen agricultural resilience, and enable nature-based solutions that work in harmony with ecosystems. So far, our efforts have nurtured more than 8 lakh acres of land across India.
Because when biodiversity thrives, communities, ecosystems, and businesses move forward together. Let’s continue protecting the balance that sustains us all.

The future of food begins with the health of a single plant.
A stronger plant can mean a stronger farm.
A stronger farm can mean a more secure livelihood.
And across millions of farms, it can help shape a more resilient food system for us all.
Recognizing the importance of plant health, ITC has been taking significant steps to protect plants by working closely with farmers. The phygital ecosystem — ITCMAARS — enables farmers with the right tools, knowledge, and guidance to help monitor crop and soil health, manage pests, reduce crop losses, and make more informed decisions for the long run.
This International Day of Plant Health, let’s remember — the health of the plant secures our future.
