@toomanytoddlers@Baddiel Ditto, I have recently quantified my Jewish-ness via DNA (albeit small!) I guess it boils down to a personal preference which group/race/belief/identify you most associate with. To answer the @Baddiel quandary; who needs to know and why ... ticking a box puts you in a box!
@fishforchester@ShitChester I don't think you need to defend or explain; the new market is a brilliant vibrant modern space, which will evolve and get better IMHO. Hopefully the moaners will move on to something else soon!
No reply from the @CostaCoffee people? I assumed that Customers and Social Media were important. Anyhoo, I have other choices, both chains and independents, in a some cases 1/2 price or cheaper
Unfortunately @CostaCoffee have lost this customer in Chester; removing filter coffee and no own-cup discount ... increase for me from 99p to £2.55 (small Americano) I will miss the friendly staff and sitting watching the world go by on Watergate Street :(
@mattjones Yep, perceptions need to change, and more pedestrian and cycle-friendly options for shoppers. I walk when I can and limit my driving for bulkier items.
Looking for a Deva Fest tickets for this weekend in Chester, 2 full adult tickets (not camping). Great music, food and weather! Selling due to illness. https://t.co/svjKkWcJlR
@GergelyOrosz Of course he did, this was [is] an inspirational book for me when I started in IT, remember written at the time of monolithic mainframes!
Haha, that told you ... maybe they meant 'babysitting' in the sense of supporting & enabling a precious thing?! In my world all skilled, conscientious & respectful practitioners are mostly on the same level :)
@eliistender10 @lesleyanngreen Indeed, although on a related matter wouldn't it be more satisfying if palindrome were a palindrome ... can someone ask the man?
@richardosman I think you're on dodgy legal ground there, didn't the late great Two Ronnies do the glasses silhouette first, not to mention Chris Evans (no not that one)
@iamdevloper I am bit conflicted, yes we know Users/Customers can be idiots but the clever people, developers & solutioneers like us, must shoulder some responsibility? I find myself on the other side of the argument when I fail to read small print ... normally to the big man's advantage.
@brian_bilston Ah the sweet pathos of dreams, hopes & expectations unfulfilled ... isn't the capturing of the challenge part of the battle won, no that must be something else ...
@drsje3@richardosman@BestForBritain Haha 'Cabernet meeting', but let's be Franc, it's not just about politicians ... what about all those Bordeaux meetings? (I'll get my coat)
@VictoriaCoren@Channel4 I think the writing was on the wall early on, but I loved the banter with Greg ... you're all winners to me, great series :) Last night's drinking task was l-o-l!
