The fund has now existed for over two and half years, and continues to ONLY because of the love and care of community. We do this together for each other, for our community, for the world we all need.

This does not include the additional assistance the fund has provided such as covering the cost of a mobility scooter, funeral costs, emergency accommodation, gender affirming underwear and clothing.

These payments assist to ensure our community inside can purchase toiletries, send mail and make phone calls to their loved ones and community outside.

Since the start of 2023 the ITGD Fund has distributed $15000 directly to trans and gender diverse people exiting prison to reestablish life after prison. We are currently sending account top up payments to 19 TGD people every month in prisons across the continent.
