@LPIIFZA@LetukaMolati I believe one other measure is to require practitioners to attach copies of Practising Certificates when filing. That would also help protect the poor public.
@YourKayBol Why is this labelled public indecency? Willing adults attending a function of their choice? This performance is done at a rivate sace for afukts who chose to be there. This is utter nonesense!!!
@YourKayBol They have the audacity to tell people who had to sweat and toil to qualify for their jobs this nonsense. They are lying about their interest in the peoples' welfare. This minister failed as a minister of planning now this!
@YourKayBol I don't even understand how the ministry affords to display such arrogance...is it only doctors who have to abide by the terms of their contract? Batho bana ba iphang li 11 000 allowance are so selfish on a 'job' whose entry requirement is "to know how to read and write"!
@YourKayBol This is real sad...I guess time has come for those who have always been praised for action that they are actually good for nothings. How does anyone let this come to this? Perhaps it's because they don't need the country's medical services.
@LsNewsday@YourKayBol Sad state of affairs for people who are not required to possess ANY SKILL whatsoever. ...and wait until they compare themselves to Company directors. Damnit!
@LetukaMolati Without them, the executive runs the risk of riding roughshod on people's fundamental rights. I am working on a paper on this. God willing it will be out for public consumption. I touched on them on LLM dissertation and wish to publish on them soon.
@LetukaMolati My submission is that when addressing issues relating to limitation/ exclusionary clauses we should also remember to factor institutional forbearance, mutual tolerance, reasonableness and proportionality tests.
@YourKayBol@raps11266391 ...and of course that 9M is tax payers funds. Who said it should go to waste just because it's less than 100Mil? That's over and above the fact that taxpayers were promised its removal...
@James_Makhele@YourKayBol Really? The procurement laws were made to empower locals. I saw a tota transformation of ordinary basotho through tenders as a consequence of sourcing government services from Basotho as opposed to past practice.
