Dr. Saranga Panwar Managing Director of IT-HCS Foundation along with Dr. Vishal, Assistant Director PSACS, Punjab State had the privilege of visiting the charitable blood bank established since 1990 and led by Dr. Ajay Baggha in Nawanshahr, which has been serving communities continuously.
