I welcome the action by Vance. And agree that going after the H1B CEO companies Microsoft & Adobe is significant.

Especially Microsoft, who pioneered "Indians-hiring-Indians-firing-Americans".

And who are the linchpin in mass Indian offshoring that depends on massive Indian manager onshoring.

But it is also absolutely correct & relevant to say that - as I have predicted for years - they will mostly go after Indian Consulting Firms, and mostly leave Big Tech untouched.

While all of the major Big Tech companies should be under constant review (deny these applications in the first place) and investigation (for masses of past fraud). And NONE of them should be minting citizens by the 100s of 1,000s - which they all do.

I have said repeatedly, for years, that they should make an example out of companies like Microsoft & Google, who are at the center of the longest-running Mass Replacement of Americans. And that they do not simply replace Americans with H1Bs -

and do not also just use Indian H1Bs Onshore to scale up Indian Offshore Replacement of Americans -

but also simply engage in pervasive "Indians-hiring-Indians-firing-Americans": that is these companies are full of Indian EX-H1Bs who do the vast bulk of hiring both H1Bs and other EX-H1Bs.
