Later I went to check my portal. Saw after visit notes posted there by the doctor so I read them. To my dismay she writes that I asked her for pain management. She goes on to say I asked for Xanax too!! I am livid. This is so misrepresentative of our conversation

In the early morning hours, a stray bullet entered my brother's bedroom and passed about 1 foot over his head.

His children sleep one bedroom over, also with a window facing the road...
