The late Comptroller General of Customs, Alhaji Abdullahi Dikko Inde, once visited a mosque in Kaduna to pray. After the prayers, a group of youths approached him. He reached into his pocket to offer them money, but they declined, stating they needed jobs instead. When he inquired about their educational qualifications, they informed him that they were all graduates. He promised to follow up and took the contact number of one of the youths.Months later, upon returning to Abuja, he called the number and asked them to submit their CVs. The youths compiled their CVs and included those of their friends, all graduates, totaling forty. Weeks later, all forty received text messages inviting them for interviews and screenings.
