Ordered this during @Flipkart BBD, the delivery agent changed the delivery date w/o contacting me and put up that I asked for rescheduled. Received damaged product, talked to @flipkartsupport & was assured I'll get a new one, but they canceled it stating I asked for refund

@flipkartsupport Its almost 24hrs since you guys "assured" me to get a call. Its very clever of you guys to never mention a time, as you might contact me the next month or the next year, or the next decade. Wish customers could assure to pay whenever they liked without any repercussions

Had such a poor experience, hub incharge stays out of office(stated by delivery agent on record) and never picks up calls. And they blame their customers for their incompetency.
