Porter is fraud.

@porterit_ You are not at all concerned. How could you not deliver my items? Porter is threatening me. My carton had my personal information. If any fraud happens Porter will be responsible for that.

#boycottporter @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho Consumer Forum should look into this matter. This is not a ordinary incident. We relied on Porter that they will safely deliver our items but they are not worthy at all. They are not even taking this seriously.

@myureshagarwal @porterit_ @pranavgoel1989 @UttamDigga Even if you do tell them they will simply ignore it by saying "we don't provide insurance". In my case they have simply lost/stolen my one whole carton and they have nothing to say about it nor are they taking any responsibility of the missing carton.

@porterit_ Just now I received a call from porter stating that 1000rs is what they can transfer as compensation. I told him I will take legal actions. He simply said "theek hai maam, aap kr dijiye". So now I can file a complaint as I have got heads up from porter.

@porterit_ I booked porter service for my house shifting and 1 carton is totally missing. It's been more than a week and Porter team is hardly concerned. Very irresponsible. They charge more but take no responsibility. Plus customer service is of no use.
