Dallas has the edge for milder overall weather in the Texas Triangle. It sees cooler winters (more freezes, average Jan highs around 57°F) and lower humidity than Houston, Austin, or San Antonio, so summers feel less oppressive even though highs still hit the mid-90s. Houston is the stickiest and most consistently hot/humid. Austin and San Antonio sit in between. None escape Texas heat entirely, but Dallas comes closest to actual seasonal variety.
