New video on Friday!
@cinnaminnt_ Ya, I don't have the option. I don't mind though. I get there when I get there. I only fairly recently started to actually consistently upload over there.
For an example of kinda of what I mean, this is one of the videos from it I made last year. My audio? Scuffed. My introduction? Glitchy. Honestly I should have rerecorded it. My editing could have been a lot better. But it was a good learning experience.

It’s a tool imo. It won’t do as well as a person doing the work though.
That said, one of the most humbling experiences I ever had was having to learn to edit last year when competing in Respawn Recruits.
It taught me I sometimes I had too much dead air, where I really needed to split my audio tracks.
How to condense long footage into much smaller segments that met the requirements.
It’s 100% worth learning to do basic edits because it helps you learn by watching and working on your content where you could improve overall and
Alright creators, I have questions.
I know generative ai is a huge topic right now with a lot of strong opinions!
However I want to know your take on generative ai used for creating clips of your livestreams and adding subtitles...
...being able to have a stream easily scrubbed to find clips and add subtitles with effects seem like a huge time saver!
I am strongly against ai in a lot of situations...but what about gen ai that does things like clipping?
I know this can be heavily controversial so please comment with care!
Even just streaming to YT can help. I upload weekly and stream. And almost a 1/3 of my overall hours are from lives. (Regular lives not vertical to be specifc). And one of my lives that still pulls hours is from over a year ago.
Say you get 200 people that come by a stream. They stay maybe 15 mins average. That's 50 hours in one day alone.
8000 hrs over 365 days roughly comes out to 22 watch hours a day.
Don't underestimate what your capable of. You never know until you try.
IF NO ONE TOLD YOU YET- STREAMING VERTICAL TO YT COUNTS AS LONG FORM CONTENT EVEN THOUGH ITS ON THE SHORTS FEED!!🗣️ 🗣️
this is how I got most of my hours!!
@miauwza Hoping so much for you 👏 Honestly the streaming to shorts stuff had me debating looking at my own lives metrics over there because I don’t usually look at them and usually just look at my videos. 😅
That’s fine and all but an opt out would require it in writing following your own ToS (Section 8).

We've added a setting that lets you opt out of having your channel content used to train generative AI content models across Amazon.
