Muslims went crazy after Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this:
"Radical Islam doesn’t want just a small caliphate in Iraq or Syria. They see the United States as the greatest evil on Earth and seek to dominate the entire West. Radical Islam is revolutionary, it wants endless expansion, terrorism, assassinations, and total control. They hate America, Europe, Israel, and every Muslim nation that partners with us. Orlando, Pensacola, and domestic attacks prove it.
Radical Islam is a clear and imminent threat to the world."
I agree with every single word he said.
@falloutplays Yes most of my loot as a solo player is from other players. The 3 red key room on outpost isn’t very good most of the time. Same with the rest of out post as far as golds. My best gold has been from a blue perimeter key 😐
The internet constantly tells women that men are terrible listeners because the second a woman starts venting about her day, the man immediately interrupts to offer a logical solution. We are taught to view this as him being dismissive, emotionally unintelligent, or invalidating our feelings.
The strict, unpopular truth is that to a man, fixing the problem is his absolute highest, most desperate form of empathy.
Women vent to connect; we want our partner to just sit in the dark with us and validate the emotion. But men are hardwired to view the woman they love being in distress as an active threat. When he immediately offers a spreadsheet, a strategy, or a solution to your problem, he isn't trying to silence you. His brain has recognized that something in the world is hurting his partner, and his immediate, visceral instinct is to assassinate the thing causing you pain.
We constantly shame men for "not just listening," completely ignoring the fact that his attempt to fix your life is his most profound declaration of love.
Struggling to wrap my head around this. Tim Tebow gave Congress a map with 338,000+ unique IP addresses in the United States that have traded/shared images of children being sexually abused in the past 6 months and NOBODY is talking about it.
"Why did God create evil?"
A professor at the university asked his students the following question:
“Everything that exists was created by God?”
One student bravely answered:
“Yes, it was created by God.”
The professor asked :
“If God created everything, then God created evil, since it exists. And according to the principle that our deeds define ourselves, then God is evil.”
The student became silent after hearing such an answer. The professor was very pleased with himself. He boasted to students for proving once again that faith in God is a myth.
Another student raised his hand and said:
“Can I ask you a question, professor?”
"Of course," replied the professor.
“Professor, is cold a thing?”
“What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you ever been cold?”
Students laughed at the young man's question.
The young man answered:
“Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is actually the absence of heat. A person or object can be studied on whether it has or transmits energy.
Absolute zero (-460 degrees Fahrenheit) is a complete absence of heat. All matter becomes inert and unable to react at this temperature. Cold does not exist. We created this word to describe what we feel in the absence of heat.”
The student continued:
“Professor, does darkness exist?”
“Of course it exists.” said the professor.
“You're wrong again, sir. Darkness also does not exist. Darkness is actually the absence of light. We can study the light but not the darkness. We can use Newton's prism to spread white light across multiple colors and explore the different wavelengths of each color. You can't measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into the world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you tell how dark a certain space is? You measure how much light is presented. Isn't it so? Darkness is a term man uses to describe what happens in the absence of light.”
In the end, the young man asked the professor:
“Sir, does evil exist?”
This time it was uncertain, the professor answered:
“Of course, as I said before. We see it every day. Cruelty, numerous crimes and violence throughout the world. These examples are nothing but a manifestation of evil.”
To this, the student answered:
“Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist for itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is like darkness and cold—a man-made word to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not faith or love, which exist as light and warmth. Evil is the result of the absence of Divine love in the human heart. It’s the kind of cold that comes when there is no heat, or the kind of darkness that comes when there’s no light.”

I see a lot of people making mistakes or missing key details about Lockdowns, so I'll do a quick write-up on how to do them in Marathon.
So what's a Lockdown? It's that big square ship that unfolds in the sky over a POI in Dire Marsh. It spawns randomly, anywhere between I think 17 minutes left and 10 minutes left. No guarantees it will spawn, it's completely random.
1. Make sure you have Anti-Virus Kits in your inventory!! Using this consumable is what will let you go into the red zone for the Lockdown. It will give you a "data buffer" yellow healthbar that shows above your shield. Once you have this, instead of your shields immediately exploding, the red zone will instead slowly consume your data buffer. Keep an eye on it!
2. Once you are in the red zone, walk around the POI for a bit until you see a blue marker on your screen! That blue marker is the Data Corruption Card. This card will let you disable the red barrier so anyone else can enter the zone. This card has a *fixed spawn* in every POI, so once you find it in a given POI, if you do a Lockdown again in the same POI later on, you know where to find it!
3. Find the Lockdown chest! It's a big blue chest with a blue exfil-like beacon. Right next to it, you should find a switch. That switch will allow you to disable the red barrier. You need the Data Corruption Access card to press this switch! The lockdown chest ALSO has a fixed spawn, so once you find it, make note of where it is for future runs!
4. There will be a "lockdown drive" sitting somewhere around the lockdown chest. Pick it up, and interact with the chest. That will start the lockdown event! 3 waves of UESC will spawn. Kill them, and the chest will open.
5. Loot the chest, and most importantly, *grab the Unfinished Lockdown Drive*! That drive will allow you to continue the event.
6. Wait around for the SECOND Lockdown to spawn! It might take a minute or two, so try to be quick on clearing it! I suggest moving to Algae Ponds once you're done with your first Lockdown so you only have to cross half the map instead of the whole thing when the second one spawns.
7. Once the second one spawns, repeat the process, HOWEVER!! You DO NOT NEED TO FIND THE LOCKDOWN DRIVE OR THE DATA CORRUPTION ACCESS CARD AGAIN. You can use the same ones you found for the first Lockdown!! You should pick up the second lockdown drive in the chest though. A total of 3 lockdowns will spawn.
8. With every Lockdown chest you open, the loot will be better. I've found tons of purples and some golds from the third chest specifically.
9. This is more of a tip, but if you bring enough Anti-Virus Kits with you, you can do the event without disabling the data corruption field! This will add a *potential* layer of protection against other players, since they will need to have the consumable as well in order to enter the POI.
Hopefully this helps! Feel free to ask anything and I'll do my best to answer :)
