@PayUindiaCare It’s been 10+ days with no resolution. My original ticket FX6883279046 was closed while docs were still under review. Now I have to raise a new ticket (UX5321733084) each time just to follow up, and I can’t even reply to that one. Please assist and update urgently.

@PayUindia I am trying since 3 days to update on my Ticket - DH1972847662 but your portal reloads page and reply is not saved.
I even try to contact my manager Prerna but no one replies.

Raised new Ticket - FX6883279046 but still no reply.
