@HSBC_IN @CMOMaharashtra They got in touch & now it is resolved (checked only online payments - will do ATM next). Please don't harass customers like this in the future. Its humiliating for people like us to put our financial issues out in public just because the bank decides to have lazy afternoons. Tks

@HSBC_IN I am at my wits end on how to deal with you.KYC can't take more than a month. You're harassing me.A cry for help to the @CMOMaharashtra, @RBI & @MumbaiPolice - @HSBC_IN has held all my funds since more than 30 days and is harassing me for my money. This is criminal.

@HSBC_IN 2712940316 - the problem has been conveyed to ur call centre many times way before although the ref number had been registered post the tweet on the 25th followed by an email. u can check the acc for details. Again, called branch 4 times today with no response.

@HSBC_IN Acc frozen from past 1 month. Endless Ph n Visits to the branch. Do you guys actually work or exist just to harass customers? Please start working and stop wasting people's time n money. @narendramodi KYC shouldn't take a millennium.
