I have booked train 18507 from Vizag.Train got delayed by 3 hrs .No information given to passengers.
Platform announcement is https://t.co/XHOE759lev hot summer No fans in Platform.

If you are still waiting for people to faint or something unexpected happens it may be escalated in future
@RailwaySeva @DRMWaltairECoR PNR 6404143427, we reached station at 6:50 pm .No train at platform and No official information about the starting.When queried to 139 , They stated the expected departure is 10:10pm. We went back and reached at 9:50pm .But the train Departed at 9:30pm.
