i have some big goals to achieve before i graduate. one tool to help me achieve these goals that i'd like to highlight is gratefulness.

there was a time in high school where i had developed the habit of saying sincere gratitudes - staying fully in the present, taking in the good

turns out, this time in my life was when i was the most productive - i think it's because my batteries were always charged by gratefulness. i want to bring this back.

an upperclassman of mine at the time said something that sticks to me to this day.

Have to work on moderation - how can I maintain my rate of growth/learning while attending to all other aspects of my life that I value? ex. fitness, sleep, work, friends, family, volleyball, clubs.

need to learn to do more in less time - 24 hrs is short, but also a privilege

An honest reflection of the past 30 days:

Diving deep into a new space for the past month has been soo refreshing. I wake up and a new opportunity presents itself daily. I'm learning and being honest with myself. I've helped others and made connections. gn rinse&repeat tmr :)
