@vueling Ha! Also the way @vueling customer reps disrespected me on the way I say in LatAm Spanish the letters “Y” “W” and “B” was unbelievable. Aren’t airlines supposed to connect people around the globe? Shouldn’t they understand that Spanish language changes depending on country
Called @vueling several times to request a voucher for a flex ticket I got. They refused. They hung up all the times. And it’s was a voucher to used with them - I didn’t even asked for a refund. It’s a 227€ not an 1€ flight. Decided to DM’ed and service was even worse.
Without even mentioning that @vueling now charged me 60€ for a 5min call or so. Vueling is headquartered in Spain and I’m in Spain. So that’s the cost for their local calls to customer service. ALL WRONG!
Then reached out to my credit card issuer @GoldmanSachs via @Apple card to dispute the charge and they refunded the total few seconds after I hit send to my complaint.
Let’s talk about customer service @vueling - you guys are terrible on it.
