(1/4) I realized what's causing The Sims 4 to be pretty laggy even when the game says it's running above 60 fps.

It's a feature called "Optimizations for windowed games in Windows 11". Here's a comparison of it in slow mo.

Notice how less jumpy the camera is with it disabled.
