@bdhrkifgvh hmm. Empty zip files tend to be a network error, where it corrupts on download. OR, your Anti-Virus is picking up a false positive.
Just try redownloading again. If it doesn't work, I'll link up some mirror later.

I've thought about this for a long time, but I'm gonna remove the Penbar Urban Police faction in the pack for now.
In future I'll update and release it as a separate add-on pack.

Shame I couldn't finish off the pack update before the end of this year. This is why I don't make promises.
But I'm nearly there now. Few more things left before testing and release.

Last three guns I did are the Griffonian Marshal (Formerly Modular Cannon; dual barrel launcher), Rivetrail Nailgun, and Hawkthorn Model 41 (new weapon; ppsh/mp34 mix).
