It’s tied to @injective making money.

More activity onchain brings in more revenue, part of that revenue enters the Community BuyBack, people commit their INJ and that INJ gets burned while they share the revenue and stock rewards.

So Injective doesn’t just burn tokens for the sake of saying supply is going down.

If the network grows, the burn grows with it.

That’s the part of the, $INJ flywheel that makes sense to me.

A few months ago, I started thinking about something: what makes you keep paying attention to a project when the initial excitement fades? 👀

I’ve seen projects get so much attention, only for the conversations to slow down once the hype disappears. It made me realise that there’s more to a project than how much attention its token gets.

So, when looking at DeFi-IRA, one thing that surprised me was the idea of earning ETH through transaction fees while holding $IRA.

There’s also the NestEgg Treasury and fixed-term products with 90, 180, and 360-day options.

But the ETH rewards aspect was what stood out to me. It gave me another reason to look beyond the token’s price and pay attention to how the project works.

It’s interesting to see a project bring these different features together instead of having the conversation revolve around the token alone.

There’s more to discover when you look beyond the ticker.
