@HMRCcustomers Well your website says 7 days, not 10 and yes I know it is posted and yes you have the correct address, well that was what my original tweet was regarding, it is impossible to speak to an adviser, I have been trying since 9am this morning, so how do you suggest I do this.

@HMRCcustomers The most recent request was 10 working days ago, going by the information on your website, it should take 7 working days to receive, the request before that was 9 working days before the request mentioned above
