@CMXCinemas No! "You may have gotten a few emails" is absolute bullshit. I got 33 emails from you, not "a few". Also, it's not the technology that "fails" it's the people writing the software, which is CMX. Saying "so sorry" isn't good enough. Free film/drink voucher please
@dank_ackroyd Sorry to be a bother and all, but was that image of a woman looking horrified at a bloke bent over in front of her at a sporting event one of your repertoire? If so can I have a copy? Always made me laugh. Cheers!
@FilipCleeren re your 'Honda gets extra F1 power...' article. Can I suggest not using "so-called" in objective articles because it's bad practice, indicating bias and skepticism. Use it in opinion journalism sure, but the ADUO system is an F1 regulation not a "so-called". Cheers!
@GillianLazarus I assume you already know in the book (and awful 1963 film) Piggy's death is instant. That's why his slow, agonising (almost literally) demise in this TV version was all the more horrifying. Also Piggy is a much more sympathetic character in this, which made his death even worse.
@James1940 I hope this helps: when talking about the White Hart pub, you pronounce the village with a short, soft 'A' (Bras-ted), but it has a long, hard 'A' (Bray-sted). Who said my youth spent drinking in the pubs of the Daren't Valley would never pay off. Tally-ho.
@Jeebuslovesme@zappa Yep, just like there are ways to use a swastika other than a flag - toilet paper for example - but the optics would still pretty fucking bad to be selling arse-wipe with that symbol on it.
Hmm. Richard Ayoade on @Herring1967 's RHLSTP and Adam Buxton's Pod Cast. But I wonder, which is best? There's only one way to find out...
[p.s. It's #RHLSTP]
He referred to himself as 'gardener' but I think of him as the lead guitarist in the greatest band in the world.
