@PopeBear @PlayStation For the future - Pro tip: while at work, on your phone, or a pc, etc, search the PS store for a free theme, ‘buy’ and download it to your PS4. It forces the PS4 to wake up to download the theme, and then notice any pending updates. I’ve been doing this since The Taken King in D1.

@AnonymousTSG They’re as bad as eBay 😫 in one instance (w/ eBay) that something this obvious happened, I jumped through hoops to speak to an actual person. Once I did, they read everything you provided and said, “well, obviously they are at fault. Don’t worry, I’m reversing it”. Good luck!

@IshtarCommander Yep his actions echo our U.S. Vice President saying he won’t have dinner with a woman alone, and won’t drink unless his wife is by his side. They likely have personal issues beyond our business, but it’s still disappointing when the privileged are so passive on important subjects

But given the platform he’s privileged to have, many are just disappointed that he took a passive approach to the subject instead of being proactive to the issue. Too bad. It is what it is.

@ExTreemyTrollz @Fortnite_BR No need to vote. Letting a mob vote is a terrible idea. The Epic response says he was using a controller. No indication of kb+m. It is easy for them to know if someone is strafing left to right with the dead zone of a thumbstick, vs no dead zone with the A and D keys (WASD setup)
