@Jenny_oreilly Yeah I have! But I’m also no dairy and refined sugar so I’ve noticed a lot of changes! Although I allow myself a chat day once a month I’m pretty strict and stick to it! I miss a lot of things but I feel a lot better for it ☺️

@Jenny_oreilly In all honesty they aren’t the best! But for me I tend to buy Asdas own brand gluten free pasta or if Costco has it in stock their multi pack of gluten free pasta. I prefer the texture of the ones from Costco but overall both are ok,hope that helps?Been gluten free for 6 months
