Marvel finally made something that felt comfortable being small, strange and character-driven, then apparently became uncomfortable because it was small, strange and character-driven.

My concern is bigger than one cancellation. When studios abandon distinctive shows this quickly, creators learn to pitch safer ideas, and audiences end up with more content but fewer programmes that actually have a personality.
