@ryanbrewer@OpenAI Definitely talk to @Super_PK_ . Was an analyst for over a decade and now doing the whole ai native product and design cycle with his own startup.
@DannPetty@chalaska I’ve gone down from Ultrawide down to 1 studio monitor and I feel like it has helped me stay more focused on the task at hand and rely less on trying to pull unnecessary context from other windows and tabs.
Looking to connect with the most exceptional senior/staff product designer(s) you’ve worked with in San Francisco who are either actively looking for their next role.
If someone comes to mind, please tag them here or send them my way. And if that’s you, I’d love to connect.
*must be in SF*
@adriankuleszo I feel like that’s most work that I see posted, especially on Twitter. I would say upwards of 80% of images I have saved in my inspiration folder are of products I have never been able to find a real website or app download for.
@adriankuleszo To add some numbers for the curious: 4-5 close client relationships = a full year of work. Only need 1-2 new ones annually, and those usually come from referrals anyway. (for a solo studio, scale up if you have a team)
@designflyio Gotcha. Thanks for sharing! It was a good experiment. I think exploring new business models that were previously not feasible pre-AI concepts is always an interesting use of time.
@evisdrenova@DosPiano22 I just don’t think that the average person cares for their browser to do more. Also, I think agents and workflows are going to become more native in the devices we use, which is going to push the interaction plane from browsers to the devices ‘Home Screen/desktop’
@adriankuleszo It’s like a capsule wardrobe. Master the use of four or five color pallets and master the use of three or four fonts and you have a strong flexible base to create amazing products and visuals with enough variety.
@darylginn It's a problem in every creative vertical. YouTube is a great example. You'll see one of the bigger or more creative creators make a video, and like clockwork 3-4 hours later, all the smaller channels in the category release an oddly similar one. I'm just sayin...
