It’s not fare or safe for these elderly residents. Then when the CNA’s and nurses report it, nothing happens. It’s extremely frustrating and exhausting. Higher ups do not care. Health care is one of the hardest industries and it’s not for the reason people think.

Psychiatric patients do not belong in the nursing home around other resident who have to witness their behavior.
It upsets them when they see someone trying to hurt their care takers and most will come to defense putting themselves in jeopardy of getting hurt.
