@pallavisangtani@BhajanlalBjp@PoliceRajasthan This is hardly the image that the city (or the country for that matter) wants, especially for women travellers. Is it safe for women to travel? I hope the local police (copied) support you FULLY to get you a passport back FAST, get your things back + punish those responsible.
NEW UP! Review of OAK Restaurant in Bath, a casual dining highlight.
"OAK is quiet with the gentle hum of chatting diners. It’s tidy and wholesome without being superior, haughty or scrutinising of us flesh eaters. It’s confident with apron-wearing, friendly, softly-spoken service. OAK calmly gets on with the business of showcasing what’s in season, drawing on broader influences that keep the menu exciting, while staying local at heart."

"Amidst all this tweed and thick layers of matte Farrow & Ball lies the stone facade of chef Merlin Labron-Johnson’s Osip Restaurant. It is the most accomplished of the 4 Green Michelin Star restaurants visited over a fortnight in Britain."

@hizam_elqahtani Personally, I’m not a fan of dinner and a show. It actually turns me off going to a restaurant. But, I might be the last guy in Dubai that feels this way!
Awesome collab last night at Ossiano with El Cellar de Can Roca. Honestly so impressed that Dubai is drawing in heavy weight chefs like Joan Roca. Will speak more about it soon! 🦐 🍷 🐟
Looking into taking the UK drone flight tests. I sat the test in Dubai years ago (quite easy, like a driving test, but with a drone). We are grounded in the UAE, so I can't wait to get out flying again. (Ps. This beach is in the Seychelles).

Coming up to the anniversary of this Icelandic stay. Still one of the most unique hotels I've ever stayed in: an igloo Bubble Hotel in the middle of Iceland's Golden Circle.

Also, the damage for lunch at Long Teng. This is the bit where I should say that they just keep refilling the tea pot so we had 3-4 among three people over two hours.
@claireindubai Yes! The pastry is not nearly as cooked as the pastel de nata, the cinnamon sugar top is absent but that custard centre is very much there. After reading up online, the Cantonese custard egg tart is the love-child of the British egg tart and the Portuguese pastel de nata (Macau).
As someone who travels to Portugal regularly, eggy tarts hold a special place. That quivering, supple centre. The squidge between my fingers. These are not like the Portuguese type, but it takes me somewhere close. 38 dhs for three.
