Hey @ViCustomer Care, I mistakenly recharged my number with an expensive International Roaming pack of Rs.2999 instead of a standard national pack yesterday. I am residing in India and have not utilized a single byte of international data/calling.
@ViCustomerCare@ViCustomerCare always say they are working on it -> moved it to high priority -> has escalated issue bla bla bla and does not even have a ticketing system or even a reference number for the complaint. A scam is being carried out in return of customer care. That is how you know
Please help reverse this transaction or swap it to a domestic pack. My number is 8669779827. I have trying to reach customer care and have failed to even talk to real person, all I hear is a bot with fixed set of instructions. Very poor customer service.

What becomes more visible starts shaping your decisions.
And decisions quietly shape your future.
A simple reminder.
If you do not like what you are seeing in life,
check what you are focusing on.
Your red car matters more than you think.
Red Car Syndrome. And how it quietly runs our lives.
You buy a red car.
Suddenly, red cars are everywhere.
They did not magically multiply.
Your attention changed.
This same pattern shows up in life more than we realize.
When you focus on learning and growth,
mentors, ideas, and opportunities start appearing naturally.
Life does not change overnight.
Your lens does.
Red Car Syndrome is not about cars.
It is about focus.
What you consistently think about becomes more visible.
