So proud of my 4th grade mathematicians! Today they were SO engaged playing a game of “Place Value War” to reiterate place value and practicing comparing numbers to the billions, while having meaningful conversations about numbers and their value! @ParkwayES #MathInLISD

We finished our 1st week in a GTKY circle, but added some extra fun by having each student bring a bag with 3 items that are important to them to share with the class and make connections with each other! I can already tell we have some amazing 4th graders here at @ParkwayES 💙
