@hijibijihulo @REWoman Many deals made in Feb/March aren’t able to close bc the value has dropped so significantly the lender won’t cover enough of the loan needed and the buyer doesn’t have enough to come up with the extra cash needed for downpayment. Same thing happened in 2017.
