@Hermesparcels pkg was to arrive on 22nd but had ‘delay’. Today got an email at 17:03 saying courier tried to deliver, they didn’t and then when I checked online, it’s given an ‘out for delivery’ update at 17:16 alongside a ‘we had an issue’ @ 20:00 even though it was only 17:20

@alphatravelins my ferry got cancelled 6 days before moving back to the UK due to the virus fears 2 weeks ago, so I had to book last min flights due to borders closing and now @BrittanyFerries are only offering vouchers which are useless, so I’ve lost money & had to spend more.

@BrittanyFerries you’ve been posting about cancelling bookings for a few days yet only email me on the 6th day until my booking meaning I’m forced a voucher which is no use to me as I have to pay to get home another way!! I want a full refund + the previous refund I never got!

@British_Airways i was sent an email saying I had to rebook my flight on the 11th so changed it to the 12th, but once confirming the time, it had a different airport showing up now!! I didn’t pay twice as much to fly from another airport! Can you help?
