🚨DUNCAN DENIED🚨

Despite the efforts of the Mayor and 5 members of the City Council…the courts ruled Calvin Duncan will not have a chance to serve as Clerk of Court.

They upheld the case that Act 15 did not create a vacancy in the position but duly appointed Chelsea Napoleon as Clerk of Court.
