Now that Amad will potentially be back in full training and available for the first team after the international break, Michael Carrick needs to understand something.

STOP COMPLICATING THIS TEAM.

The left-wing options should be Matheus Cunha and Marcus Rashford.

Nobody else.

If Cunha isn't playing on the left wing, he should be on the bench. It's that simple.

Left wing: Cunha or Rashford.

The striker options should be Benjamin Šeško and Bryan Mbeumo.

If Šeško isn't available, Mbeumo starts up front.

Zirkzee should only play as the central forward if both Šeško and Mbeumo are unavailable.

Then there's the right wing.

Amad Diallo starts.

If Amad isn't available, Shea Lacey starts.

And please, stop playing Mbeumo on the right wing.

That's not his game.

Mbeumo isn't a traditional wide forward. He's an inside forward who naturally drifts into central areas and operates between the lines, almost like a false nine.

So why keep forcing him out wide?

The options are ridiculously simple:

LW: Rashford / Cunha
ST: Šeško / Mbeumo
RW: Amad / Lacey

That's it.

Michael Carrick needs to stop making this Manchester United team look more complicated than it actually is.

Stop complicating things for Manchester United. Stop complicating things for yourself.

Bruno Fernandes showed once more why he won all the best player awards in the Premier League. How many midfielders in the league can score a hattrick? He performs like this most times but is seen as the problem by many United fans.

the TRUTH about signing Baleba...

[Walter Ude @Udewalter_]

This is exactly why I kept saying Manchester United should never panic buy because fans are impatient.Brighton were reportedly demanding around £120m for Carlos Baleba earlier in the window. Now, with two weeks left, reports are putting the figure closer to £40–50m. That’s potentially a £70–80m difference.

Some of you called me every name under the sun for saying INEOS should walk away from inflated valuations. Where are those same people now. This is football business. Price matters. Timing matters. Patience matters.

If a player is worth £50m today, why should United have handed Brighton £120m yesterday just to satisfy the timeline on X. I’d rather INEOS get the valuation right than win the transfer window race and lose £70m in the process.

Also, one of the top ways private videos or photos get leaked in Ghana is when people take their phones to repair shops. Do this before handing your phone over to a repairer. If you use Android, search for “Maintenance Mode” in Settings and put your phone in that mode before handing it over.

If you use an iPhone, there is already an app on it called “Find My. Open it, then tap “Devices.” You will see all the devices linked to your account. Now swipe left on the device you want to put into repair mode. I mean, swipe left on the device name and tap the trash/remove icon. A prompt will tell you that the device cannot be removed, but it will ask if you want to prepare it for service. Tap “Continue” and enter your Apple ID password to activate it. I will attach more photos and videos showing the steps. Stay safe!

A home theater consultant has set up Apple TV 4K in over 600 homes in 7 years from studio apartments with soundbars to dedicated cinema rooms with $40,000 projector systems.

He said the same thing happens in every home: the client plugs in the Apple TV, opens Netflix, and never touches it again.

"The Apple TV 4K is the most overpowered streaming device ever sold to consumers and it's the one people underuse the most. It has an iPhone processor inside it. It's a smart home command center. It's a fitness studio. It's a FaceTime video calling device for your living room. It's a gaming console. It's a concert hall with Spatial Audio. It can calibrate your TV's picture to professional-grade accuracy using just your iPhone. And it's running a full operating system with Siri voice control, multi-user profiles, and a Control Center most people have never opened."

He said most people treat it as a $129 remote control for streaming apps. They press play on a show. They press pause. They go to bed.

"You bought a computer and plugged it into your TV. Then you used it as a channel selector. That's like buying a MacBook to check the weather."

Here are the 9 things he sets up in every home:

Su respuesta los dejó en shock:

"No necesito contraseñas. Solo reviso 2 configuraciones que el 90% de ustedes tiene MAL CONFIGURADAS."

A guy bought a $1,500 Samsung TV 3 years ago.

He watched Netflix. He watched YouTube. He thought the picture looked fine. He assumed that's just what a TV looks like.

His friend, a home theater installer who calibrates TVs for a living, walked into his apartment and looked at the screen for 5 seconds.

"You're watching everything in demo mode. The motion smoothing is on. The eco dimmer is cutting your brightness by 40%. Your TV is taking a screenshot of your screen every 30 seconds and selling your viewing data to advertisers. And you're watching a $1,500 panel in the same picture mode Best Buy uses under fluorescent lights to make TVs pop on a showroom wall."
He changed 9 settings in 12 minutes.

The picture looked like a different television. The soap opera effect disappeared. The colors became natural. The TV stopped spying on him.
Here's every setting he changed 🧵

In short, The Bank of Ghana has issued a strong warning:
Some crypto platforms are allowing people in Ghana to hold and use US Dollars (USD) in digital wallets. They use Ghanaian banks to send and receive money.
But these crypto companies are NOT approved by the Bank of Ghana to do this.
What the Bank is saying:
• All banks, mobile money companies, and payment services must stop helping these USD crypto wallets.
• Stop sending money to them, stop receiving money from them, and stop any support immediately.
• Anyone already doing it must stop now.
If banks or companies refuse to obey, the Bank of Ghana will take action against them.
The government does not want unregulated USD crypto wallets operating in Ghana. Follow the rules or face trouble.
