@SabitaSharma108 @MORTHIndia one more way is to contact the NIC centre of your state and ask them when the portal is going to be activated for bs4 registrations, the state NIC centres directly work under @NICMeity Delhi so they would have clarity regarding this.

@SabitaSharma108 @MORTHIndia they have put a clause at the end that delay due to reasons other than lockdown won't be permitted, maybe that's why they are not accepting it straightaway, you should meet the SDM/DC in person and make them understand about your case.
