Hands down…. One of the worst customer service departments I’ve ever had to deal with…. Will never purchase any from @NespressoUSA @Nespresso once this return gets settled. 5 phone calls/chats, 2+weeks of efforts and not one of those 5 reps had same information to give??? DONE!
