RV parks are still a people business. Relationships with brokers, owners, managers, lenders, and vendors move deals forward faster than cold spreadsheets. #rvparks
Interesting lesson I’ve been hearing from RV park owners lately:
The best signage is not always the straightest signage.
The human brain notices what feels slightly different.
A tilted canoe.
An angled camper.
Off-center displays.
Creative entrance setups.
@jakepaul I’ve felt this in real estate too. Sometimes being direct, transparent, and honest about deals, numbers, timelines, or expectations costs you opportunities in the short term. But long term, people remember who kept it real. Trust compounds faster than hype ever will.
Gravel roads AT TIMES CAN hurt financing on larger parks. Traditional lenders prefer paved infrastructure.
