For the sake of Catholics on X who are not really educated about the Catholic teaching on relics - especially the remains, bones, and skulls of saints preserved by the Church - I’m making this post to explain the things we see online.
There's a conversation in the Bible where Satan admits there are some people he can't touch... and almost nobody talks about it.
Most people read the book of Job and focus on everything he lost. But I was reading Job 1, and God showed me something that completely shifted my perspective. Before Job's wealth, before the attacks, before the tragedy... God first described Job's character. The Bible says Job was "blameless and upright; he feared God and shunned evil." That wasn't just an introduction it was Heaven's testimony about him before anything else happened.
Then the scene changes from earth to heaven. The angels present themselves before the Lord, and Satan shows up. God asks him, "Where have you come from?" Satan replies that he has been roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth. In other words, he was searching. Then God asks Satan one question: "Have you considered my servant Job?" What Satan says next stopped me in my tracks. Satan replies, "Have You not put a hedge around him, his household, and everything he has?" Think about that. The enemy himself acknowledged that there was a boundary around Job that he could not cross without God's permission.
What qualified Job for that kind of covering? It wasn't his money. It wasn't his influence. It wasn't his success. The Bible says he was blameless, upright, feared God, and shunned evil. Before Heaven celebrated his blessings, Heaven testified about his character.
I wonder how many of us spend more time praying for God's protection than pursuing the kind of life that attracts His covering. Job reminds us that reverence for God, integrity, and obedience matter. Character isn't just about reputation it has spiritual consequences.
The Parable of the Horse and the Devil
.
A man tied his horse to a post. Later, the Devil came along and quietly set the horse free.
The horse wandered into a farmer’s field and began trampling the crops.
Furious, the farmer grabbed his rifle and shot the horse.
When the horse’s owner saw what happened, he became enraged. He took his own gun and killed the farmer out of revenge.
The farmer’s wife, seeing her husband dead, picked up an axe and killed the horse’s owner.
Then the owner’s son, driven by anger, killed the farmer’s wife.
The neighbors, horrified by the bloodshed, turned on the young man and burned his house to the ground.
When people asked the Devil why he had done all this, he replied calmly:
“I didn’t do anything. I only set the horse free.”
Moral:
The Devil doesn’t need to do much — just a small, innocent-looking act. The rest, we do ourselves.
He knows the evil already hiding in human hearts.
That’s why it’s so important to think before you act.
Remember: your words and your choices carry power.
Pause before you speak — and before you strike.
When two choristers get married, you know the wedding won't be short on music😄.
This beautiful couple decided to celebrate their big day with a Catholic hymn challenge and it was every bit as joyful as you'd expect❤️
Messi is a role model that we must all emulate. God has used Messi to teach us all the spirit of humility and when we are humble, we will all be exalted like Messi!
During that Christland school girl saga, one of my tweets was mass reported. Twitter then restricted my account and gave me the option to delete the 'offending' tweet to regain access.
I had chaotic internal deliberations over it for some time and in the end, I deleted it.
Immediately after, I felt myself losing virtue
I felt gagged
I felt like a coward
felt I had betrayed myself
felt I had cowered in the face of consequence
felt my illustrious slave owning ancestors look down on me in disappointment regret and contempt.
Couldn't shake the feeling, so I asked myself
"What's the worst thing that can happen if I make that same tweet again"
"You lose an account with 14k followers"
Was the answer
Small price to pay
So I made the tweet again.
A couple hours later, the account got suspended.
Saw the pop up notification on the bottom right corner of my screen while working and swelled with pride
Because I had redeemed myself, regained my dignity and the respect of my ancestors
I had stood on business until the very end - the business here being going against concensus and saying what I believe to be true irrespective of how much it costs me.
Moral of the story:
Those who say they want a better Nigeria
Those who admonish others to get their pvc, have refused to realise that the Nigeria they want will not happen via the ballot box.
We have been trying that channel for decades across republics. It doesn't work
So the Nigeria they want - or more realistically, the version of Nigeria they want - whatever name it is called, will have to be payed for in blood
A lot of it
2027 will come, Tinubu will 'win' - Whatever 'win' means
And we will either tweet about it over a weekend, and resume work on the Monday that follows
Or we will make the country ungovernable until he steps down. Shots will ring out, blood will spill, mothers will cry but that is the only way
If we are not willing or able to do that; to suffer, to sacrifice, to bleed, then we do not want a country that works
Our desire for a better Nigeria, is in a fundamental sense, like my belief in the freedom of speech:
It is only as meaningful as the price we are willing to pay for it.
If we are not willing to suffer for it, we do not want it.
Desire without sacrifice is wishful thinking
and if wishes were horses...
This man summarized everything so succinctly. @realkenokonkwo has gotten to the point where no one takes anything he says seriously. And that's the worst level a man can get to.
Is it even Corpus Christi if you don’t hear this sung beautifully in Latin?
Rufina Lefiguier is helping instruct the faithful in beautiful liturgical hymns online and is leading an ancient parish on the outskirts of Paris in song every Sunday.
Sublimely beautiful!
ANIMA CHRISTI
Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me. O good Jesus, hear me. Within Thy wounds hide me. Separated from Thee let me never be. From the malignant enemy, defend me. At the hour of death, call me. And close to Thee bid me. That with Thy saints I may be Praising Thee, forever and ever. Amen.
This man, a protestant, called Mary the THEOTOKOS 😩❤️❤️.

I legit had goosebumps!
God bless him.

With these revelations from this guy (I am not sure what his name is), about how govt. officials are making billions of naira from kidnapping, I can categorically tell you that, kidnapping isn’t ending anytime soon in NGR & that we’re completely cooked in the country. All of us.
Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas
