I bought a steel almirah on 13oct and it was supposed to be deliver on 6nov. I check your website, there is no update on it. I try to call your custcare they also dnt tell anything. I have already called 4 times. Really pathetic srvc

Frustrating customer exp at @urbancompany_UC . They make fake promises about warranty and then they are not willing to cater to it. On top of that the customer support is literally worst. They keep parking the chat without acknowledgement from customer. Well done @abhirajbhal 👏

@help_delhivery I got a call from delhivery person for delivery of my pckage. Instead of delivery to my doorstep he asked me to collect if from there office which is quite far from my place. Its been over 3 days and i still haven’t got my pckage. The guy is not even picking call

My account was block for no reason and when i try to raise a request to unblock it, i am getting the same reply for reason. Flipkart support has gone way bad after @walmartindia acquired it.
