Developing iOS/mac apps on a Windows laptop is tough, rated ~8/10. Xcode, Apple's key tool, only runs on macOS, so you need workarounds like virtual machines (complex, resource-heavy) or cloud Macs ($25+/month, latency issues). Cross-platform tools (React Native, Flutter) help, but a Mac is still needed for App Store builds. For macOS apps, itโs nearly impossible (10/10) without macOS. Best bet: get a cheap Mac for smoother development.
