This is partially why I dislike limited time events. I’m in the middle of moving so I most likely won’t complete it. I wish the main rewards, even for camos, got thrown in the armory or something after ngl.

I hope Tom Kane has a small EE on the new map. It can be something extremely basic like interacting with items around the map that gives previous voice lines then a grave stone pops up.
Not only is Paradox Junction very underwhelming as a map, but then they also made bad changes to side loot. Easter eggs that drop perk cans aren’t Mystery Perks, so if you already have a perk that’s dropped, you don’t get any benefit. Also, Easter Egg loot never disappears off the ground for whatever dumb reason.
I also had an issue last time I played when I killed the last HVT from the Purple Cyst EE, I killed it on the ramp of the truck where you get the Blundergat and it was clipped into the ramp so I couldn’t pick up my PAP 3 crystal.
Obviously I would’ve preferred unique rewards for PJ, but at that point if you wanna make PJ enjoyable, they should’ve made all the side eggs give guaranteed good loot. All perks should be Mystery Perks, all guns and Aether tools should be at LEAST Epic Rarity, and all PaP crystals should be at LEAST PAP 2. That way, at least you have more incentive to go for them.

I haven’t watched the movie myself, but from everything I’ve seen, the current Minecraft movie should’ve been an eventual sequel called “How to Minecraft”, paying homage to Vikkstar’s original YT and they should’ve started off the Franchise similar to how you mentioned. I wonder if they’ll probably go the route of making a canon prequel TV series that explores Steve’s early days cuz idk if it got explained in the movie.
Unironically I was playing MP earlier waiting for the S4 trailer to drop, and I go against this guy completely abusing the movement system with Lightweight and Dexterity, it basically was a more cracked version of Bo3 chain sliding. I was losing my mind and rage quit and literally said out loud this shouldn’t be in the game. I also in general go against very high skilled players so a lot of them are movement demons and it’s annoying. I currently have a 1.71 e/m ratio so I’m in no means bad at the game, but most of my movement skill is jump and drop shotting, not slide and wall bouncing.
My take is that the movement isn’t the issue, I just think movement should be more focused on tactical positioning and not a gunfight skill curve. I wish there were greater penalties to challenging gunfights after moving that would then have perks significantly remove those penalties and add balance. If you want to be a movement demon, I think you should sacrifice a perk or 2 for it. Or even have a combat specialty bonus achieve that. As someone who enjoyed the Advanced Movement CoDs, I think boots on the ground CoD can definitely have fast movement, but movement shouldn’t be a skill curve in gunfights.
In short, I’m looking forward to this mode. Hopefully it’s populated enough for some diverse lobbies instead of it just being all of the ultra sweats still.
I am also very excited to see what this mode has to offer. I personally only stick to solo standard and survival and almost never touch other modes and almost never MM.

I’m actually playing some MP rn and a couple of games ago I rage quit and was losing my fucking mind because this dude in the other team was just slip stream butt sliding around every corner with Lightweight and Dexterity instantly beaming me every time. I said out loud that this shouldn’t be a thing. Hopefully this mode gets enough attention and is populated enough so that it’s not only the hardcore sweats in it.

This sound fucking AMAZING. @xpertfusion3 was the first I saw propose a mode similar to this and I’m so happy to see it coming. Hopefully it plays and feels good. My main concern is which streaks they’ll be limiting. Otherwise, I’m hoping this mode is solid.

@xpertfusion3 I love Ghosts overall Create a Class system. I’d prefer a pick/point system like that mixed with a Gun Smith system with less and more simple attachments. I hate attachments having a bunch of unnecessary negatives. But more specifically, I loved their perk system.
Just like Bo7, people are more concerned with cosmetics than trying to get them to address actual gameplay changes. I wish people were this passionate about properly addressing SBMM, Tac Sprint, Map design, TTK, streak looping, score streaks, etc.
Or if you’re that concerned with cosmetics, ask for a skin filter. But no, we have to keep making goofy cosmetics the main topic.
Just know that any complaints y’all have when the game releases, it’s your fault for not trying to address it sooner.
First off I’m not even a creator. Second, I’m aware that the conversations are being had, it’s just the fact that the community is letting this specific conversation take priority for a second year in a row.
The point is that they’ve already addressed grounded skins, but big personas, like Karnage Clan, are making them quadruple down on something they’ve already addressed instead of letting other important conversations take priority. We don’t need grounded skins to be confirmed 10 times, we need other gameplay topics to be properly addressed equally as they’re doing for cosmetics.
We know that CoD sees these conversations, but because the community is letting cosmetics take all the buzz, the devs are purposely using that to avoid addressing other things. We need to put pressure on these topics and equally say “I’m not buying the game if these aren’t addressed” just as people are doing for cosmetics. Otherwise, it just slips through the ropes.
Like I’ve said in other replies, identity is an important conversation, but it’s already been addressed multiple times. My issue lies in that we’re letting it take too much of a forefront despite it already being addressed multiple times, instead of moving onto other important stuff and letting those get equally big buzz.
Because the base aesthetics still fits the game. You’re not hiding the whole aesthetics, you’d be keeping the game at its identity. Then, it allows additional cosmetics to challenge the identify for those who indulge in that while letting people still keep the immersion they want.
Additionally, they could also give you the option to filter specific skins you want on and off. That is an example of a real fix. People just see skin filters and assume a universal on and off switch, but if they wanted to, they could just let us turn off specific skins. Idk why everything has to be black and white.
