After birthday updateeee. I’m the exact same weight as before ??😭 I ate literally sooo much probably like 4-5k cals .. I don’t feel bloated at all or gross soooo ig this was a win

@ryvvvy I eat Mcd’s bc I work there and it’s free lol, But i keep it between 700-1200cal omads tho, I don’t drink water that much at all, BUT I try and eat as much fiber as I can so that I can poop all the food weight away. ik this wasn’t very helpful but it’s really all I do😭
@ryvvvy I honestly was doing anything crazy fr, first off I don’t exercise AT ALL. I get maybe 6-7k steps 4 days a week when I’m working and 500 MAX the other 3 days. I lost all of this from fasting. I fast for 24-115hrs in between omads. And I usually eat McDonald’s or fruits
I wanted to show better before and afters but I’m deadass naked in them all so I can see myself better 💀those were like one of the extremely very few were I have clothes on lol
