Farm workers in Dumbe, Ward 7 North, and Mthaniya have called on the government to intervene over what they describe as alleged abuse by a white farm owner.
According to the workers, the situation escalated after the employer allegedly reduced their wages without providing an explanation. In a video that has gone viral on social media, the farm owner is alleged to have used a farming machine to hit and injure some of the workers while they were seeking answers.
Authorities are being urged to investigate the allegations and ensure that the workers’ rights and safety are protected.

They paid the ultimate price for a noble cause of protecting and serving our people. They took an oath understanding that evil should never prevail over peace. We will forever be indebted to them for their selflessness. Together, we must hold hands and ensure that the ultimate sacrifice they and many others made, was not in vain.

Twitter became a very laughable place today when Makhadzi and Dj Maphorisa went against each other. Makhadzi tweeted and said "I have been doing music for a while now and I still cannot believe that I haven't worked with Kabza da Small or Dj Maphorisa. I'm only 29yrs and I'd really love to work with them and bring them Avocados and atchaar."
Dj Maphorisa saw her tweet and responded with "Haaibo Makhadzi we'd love to work with you too but just know that once you bring atchaar and Avocados in my studio they'll be mine"
It's a lose / lose situation . If she runs back , he would have dropped the act and got into aggressive mode and chased her .
She was doomed . She's all alone there .
