@EnvAgencySE Flooding is a risk to life and a risk to all, yet Windsor and Maidenhead council are preferred to build homes of flood zone 3 sites despite the continued objections from the planning officer and the Environment Agency on no less than three separate occasions.
@little_pengelly Jamie Bryson is playing every unionist politician, you must see this is another crocodile moment for the DUP! Arrest peaceful protestors and watch the support for nationalists candidates in next May Stormont elections increase 10 fold.
@uuponline@JonBurrowsMLA Read the room, only the Orange Order think they are in the right, every other rational person is wondering what they hope to achieve by dragging Northern Ireland 30yrs into its darkest days.
@Sir__Walsingham@BenLowry2 Really, have you seen how the Orange Order were portrayed on mainland news, as they reeled off the 21 murders attribute to this Orange Order dispute. Republicans are longer seen as the aggressors over the water, The Orange Order are seen as some fanatical fringe organisation.
@little_pengelly Be careful what you wish for, and remember, if you don’t want to hear the answer, your shouldn’t as the question! As Michelle O’Neill when eat the TEO Committee alive.
@BeattieDoug@ChiefConPSNI Really Doug, I had hoped you would have risen above the likes of Carla Lockhart, you know this is about much more than the rule of law, it’s about Jamie Bryson using the Orange Order and the Garvaghy Road dispute to destabilise the assembly.
@hydmeister@CatharineHoey Correct. The people of Ireland never sought partition or the creation of a border around the six counties. Rather, partition was imposed on Ireland by the British government, despite the opposition of a majority of the Irish people.
@OHanlonEilis@ArleneFosterUK Demographics are changing, however slowly. Unless a better alternative is offered to the undecided, and the status quo isn’t it, they will vote for change.
@ArleneFosterUK Unionism needs to put forward a positive argument for the status quo. Simply criticising the opposite point of view isn’t going prevent change…
@BelTel As someone who has an English wife, she has no wish to see her taxes being wasted by Stormont, when she pays water rates, for prescriptions, and our children pay full university tuition fees. Wake up and smell the coffee, the English have no collection with Northern Ireland!
@carlalockhart You ready should stop and count to 10 before you hit the post button!
As history has a long memory, and will hold those who support the perpetrators of genocide accountable for their crimes. Do you really want to be seen standing side by side with killers of innocent children?
@mooreholmes24 Make no mistake — cuts are coming on 26th November. Westminster can’t afford its current spending and will be looking for savings. Don’t count too heavily on a Union when Northern Ireland brings no real advantage to Labour, the Conservatives, or Reform. It’s all about the money!
@mooreholmes24 The English tax payer, doesn’t want Northern Ireland. The UK government can’t afford Northern Ireland. Slowly put surely Northern Ireland will be sold off as part of a business restructuring process, just like any other failing business. Not a single English person will protest!
@CatharineHoey@Keir_Starmer Wake up and smell the coffee, he’s prioritising GB over NI, the needs of the many out way the needs of the few, and lates face it. He’s not going to loose any votes in NI is he!
@carlalockhart The English tax payer, is not going to stand for any more money being pumped into NI when they have to pay for water charges, prescriptions charges and much higher council tax bills.
